This site is operated by Villa Soll using Go Resorts, a booking platform for Philippine private pool resorts. Go Resorts provides the booking tools but is not the owner or operator of Villa Soll and is not a party to the booking agreement between you and the resort.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only once Villa Soll approves your request and any required payment terms have been met. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, guest count, and date information.
Payment instructions (such as GCash details) are provided by Villa Soll during booking. You are responsible for completing payment and submitting proof of payment as instructed. Go Resorts does not process or hold your payment — it is verified directly by Villa Soll.
Go Resorts does not process payments and is not a party to any payment made between you and Villa Soll. Refunds are governed by Villa Soll’s own cancellation policy. Please check this site’s house rules, or the details provided when you booked, for Villa Soll’s specific cancellation window and refund amounts. If no specific policy is shown, contact Villa Soll directly before booking to confirm their terms.
To cancel a booking or request a refund, contact Villa Soll directly using the phone number or Facebook page at the bottom of this site — not Go Resorts. Include your booking dates and name so Villa Soll can locate your reservation.
If a refund is approved, Villa Soll arranges it directly with you, typically through the same GCash account used for payment or another method you agree on together.
Go Resorts does not guarantee, process, or hold funds for refunds, and does not mediate refund disputes between you and Villa Soll. We can provide the booking and payment record on file if it is needed to resolve a request.
You agree to follow the house rules published on this site during your stay and not to use this booking site to submit false information or to abuse or interfere with its normal operation.
This booking site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Resorts is not liable for the condition of the resort, the conduct of the resort owner or other guests, or any dispute arising from your stay — these are matters between you and Villa Soll.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this booking site after an update is posted means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
